No service can guarantee a particular grade because grading depends on the instructor, institution, rubric, client participation, submission method and other factors outside OakWrites’ control.

After submitting the order form, sign in to the Client Portal, open My Assignments, select the relevant assignment and upload the files there.

Yes. You can upload additional instructions, rubrics, readings, feedback or supporting documents under the relevant assignment.

You may send corrections or clarifications through the assignment conversation. However, substantial changes to the topic, scope, length or requirements may affect the quotation, deadline or revision eligibility.

No. OakWrites first reviews the assignment details, supporting documents, length, complexity and deadline. A personalized quotation is sent before payment is requested.

You will receive an update through your email or Client Portal after the assignment has been reviewed. OakWrites may request clarification before confirming the quotation.

Prices depend on the selected service, assignment length, academic level, complexity, deadline, research requirements and document condition.

Two assignments with the same number of pages may require different amounts of research, formatting, analysis and editing. Starting rates provide an initial guide, while the final quotation reflects the actual assignment requirements.

OakWrites aims to provide a clear quotation before payment. Additional charges may apply only when the client adds new requirements, pages, services or urgent changes outside the original assignment scope.

An assignment requiring delivery within 1 to 4 hours is considered urgent.

Assignments requiring delivery within 1 to 4 hours are charged 40% above the applicable starting price.

The final amount may also reflect assignment complexity, length and research needs.

No. Acceptance depends on assignment length, complexity, document availability and whether a qualified writer and review team can complete the work responsibly within the requested time.

Yes. Assignments exceeding 20 pages are treated as large orders and are reviewed individually. The price, timeline and payment arrangement may be discussed with support.

Instalment arrangements may be considered for large assignments. Contact support before payment so the assignment timeline and payment milestones can be agreed upon.

Work normally begins after the quotation is accepted and payment has been confirmed.

The agreed price normally remains unchanged when the assignment requirements remain the same. A revised quotation may be necessary if the client adds pages, changes the topic, introduces new instructions or requests a substantially different service.

Yes. The research department identifies and reviews relevant materials based on the assignment topic, source requirements and permitted research scope.

The research department helps identify relevant sources, extract useful evidence, organize supporting information and provide the writing team with research aligned with the assignment instructions.

Where appropriate, the writer creates an outline based on the assignment instructions and rubric. The outline helps organize the required sections, arguments, evidence and word allocation.

The first draft is forwarded to the editing and proofreading team for review. The team checks language, clarity, sentence structure, formatting, consistency and compliance with the assignment instructions.

When a rubric is supplied, the assignment is reviewed against its criteria before delivery. Clients should upload the full rubric early so it can guide both writing and quality review.

Yes. Citation and formatting checks are completed according to the requested style, such as APA, MLA, Harvard or Chicago, provided the correct style is identified in the instructions.

Yes. Upload required readings, articles, textbooks, lecture materials or instructor sources under the relevant assignment.

Yes. Clients receive one complimentary plagiarism report for the completed assignment.

No. Turnitin reports are charged separately. Clients who require a Turnitin report should contact support for current availability and pricing.

No. AI-detection systems use different methods and can produce inconsistent results, including false positives. A document may receive different scores from Copyleaks, Scribbr, ZeroGPT or another detector.

Yes. OakWrites offers AI document editing, rewriting, humanization, clarity improvement and natural-flow enhancement.

Each detection tool uses a different model, data source, threshold and scoring method. Scores may also be affected by sentence structure, formal writing, quotations, technical terminology and editing style.

You will receive a completion notification. Sign in to the Client Portal, open the relevant assignment and download the completed files.

Yes. Each assignment has its own conversation area for messages, clarifications, additional instructions and supporting documents.

Communication is managed through the assignment workspace and OakWrites support system. This protects client anonymity and keeps all instructions connected to the correct assignment.

Yes. Upload additional materials under the relevant assignment and send a message explaining how they should be used.

Contact support through the assignment conversation. OakWrites will review the assignment status, explain the cause and provide an updated delivery plan where necessary.

Yes. Revisions are available when they relate to the original assignment instructions, rubric or agreed scope.

Revision requests may be submitted at any time after delivery. However, OakWrites will review whether the request remains within the original assignment instructions and whether the required records and files are still available.

Revisions are free when they correct an issue related to the original instructions, supplied rubric or agreed assignment scope.

Added pages, a changed topic, new requirements, new sources, a different formatting style or instructions supplied after delivery may require an additional quotation.

Open the completed assignment in your Client Portal, select the revision option or send a message under the assignment, explain each required change and upload any instructor feedback or updated documents.

Eligible revisions are handled as soon as possible. Completion time depends on the number of requested changes, assignment length, complexity and whether additional research is required.

A request may be treated as a new assignment when it changes the topic, purpose, required sections, length, audience, source requirements or other major elements that were not included in the original instructions.

Upload the new instructions and contact support. Minor clarification may qualify as a revision, while substantial new requirements may require a revised quotation.

No. A low or failing score does not automatically qualify for a refund. OakWrites first reviews the original instructions, supplied rubric, delivered assignment, instructor feedback and any changes made after delivery.

When the review shows that OakWrites is responsible for a material failure to follow the supplied instructions, a suitable remedy may include urgent revision, partial refund or full refund, depending on the extent of OakWrites’ liability.

Contact support under the relevant assignment and provide:

• The score or grade received
• Instructor comments
• The marked rubric
• The submitted version of the assignment
• Any changes made after OakWrites delivery

The information will be reviewed before a remedy is proposed.

A full refund may be considered when the investigation shows that OakWrites is clearly liable for a serious failure that cannot be reasonably corrected through revision.

A partial refund may be considered when part of the assignment did not meet the original requirements, but substantial usable work was completed or the issue can be partly remedied.

A refund may not be available when:

• Important instructions were not provided
• The client changed the delivered assignment
• The instructor introduced new requirements
• The client submitted the wrong version
• The complaint is unrelated to the agreed scope
• The issue can reasonably be corrected through revision
• The assignment was used or accepted without reporting the issue

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 14 business days. The time required for the funds to appear may also depend on the bank or payment provider.

Yes. You may decide not to proceed before payment without a cancellation charge.

Contact support immediately. OakWrites will check whether work, research or writer allocation has already started and explain the available cancellation options.

Contact support as soon as possible. Any refund or credit will be determined after reviewing the work already completed, research performed and resources assigned.

Contact support with the reason for the cancellation and any relevant feedback. OakWrites will review the delivered draft, original requirements and remaining work before proposing a resolution.

Yes. Clients remain anonymous to writers. Writers receive only the assignment information and supporting materials necessary to complete the work.

Writers are not provided with unnecessary personal contact details. Communication is managed through the OakWrites assignment workspace.

OakWrites treats uploaded instructions, drafts, rubrics, feedback and supporting documents as confidential assignment materials.

No. Assignments are associated with the relevant client account and are not displayed publicly to other clients.

Client assignments are not intended for public publication or resale by OakWrites without authorization.

Payments are completed through the available payment provider or secure payment page. Clients should never send full payment-card details through assignment messages or ordinary email.

Yes. Eligible clients can earn a reward by referring a new client who completes a qualifying purchase.

One successful referral earns the referring client one eligible assignment free, subject to OakWrites’ referral terms, assignment scope and service limits.

The reward becomes active only after the referred client completes a qualifying purchase.

Yes. Valid referral rewards may be combined. OakWrites will confirm how the combined reward applies based on the assignment length, service and complexity.

Referral rewards are intended to be used toward eligible OakWrites services and are not automatically exchangeable for cash.

A referral reward may be cancelled or reversed when the qualifying referred purchase is cancelled, refunded, disputed or found to be ineligible.

The Client Portal is the secure account area where clients can view assignments, receive quotations, upload documents, send messages, monitor status, download completed work and request revisions.

My Assignments is the section that displays submitted assignments and provides access to the relevant workspace, documents, messages and updates.

Yes. The portal is intended to work on desktop, tablet and mobile devices, although the layout may adjust for smaller screens.

Check the file size, format and internet connection. Rename the file using simple letters and numbers, then try again. Contact support if the problem continues.

Use the password-reset link on the login page. Enter the email address connected to your OakWrites account and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

Confirm that you are signed in using the same email address used when submitting the assignment. If it is still missing, contact support and provide the assignment reference or confirmation email.
